It is over 60 years old and can be had fun with for generations to come because it is so strong. It has 4 rooms, 32" long by 141/4" broad (deep) by 23" high. Each room is carpeted and furnished. It even has dishes in a bath and the kitchen tub in one of the bedrooms. Even has a squirrel on the porch roofing. There are 4 bisque member of the family and extra 2 in plastic. Included are a twin to the mom and couple other furnishings pieces to add to a space.
